Washington State Auto Dealers Insurance Trust

The Washington State Auto Dealers Insurance Trust (WSADIT) is a non-profit, self-insured insurance trust,

organized for the sole purpose of providing employee-benefit programs to the members of the Washington State Auto Dealers Association.  Although we are an independent organization, WSADA membership (at the Dealer level) is required to participate in our programs.

The Trust is managed under a Board of Trustees, composed of eight member dealers

who serve as Trust fiduciaries on a volunteer basis.

Organized in 1948, we provide a variety of employee-benefit programs in the areas of medical,

dental and vision insurance, as well as life and disability insurance.  From our office in Bellevue, Washington,

we contract with up to a dozen different insurance carriers in order to provide an array of plans

to meet the needs of members across the entire state.
